Please note that your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost for standard shipping. This cost assumes everything in your cart will go to a single address in the contiguous US.
Additional charges apply to items requiring special handling due to size or weight. We will adjust your shipping costs as we process your order and notify you of any changes through email. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Express Delivery Available Upon Request
We are an arborist supplier that regularly updates our product inventory, so call us to check if the equipment you need is in stock.
Upgrading to UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air remains the same as how long it takes us to ship your purchases. However, it will reduce your order’s travel time after it leaves our store. For example, an out-of-stock part might take two or more days to leave our store. Requesting for express delivery guarantees the shipper will arrive at your location in two business days.
Free Freight Offers
Free freight offers are only good for ground shipments and do not apply to heavy and oversized items. In addition, such requests do not include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or international locations.
Truck Freight Shipments
Arbor Tech Supply ships excessively heavy or oversized items by truck, so call us to request a freight quote. Please include your daytime phone number on your order form so the carrier can schedule their delivery when you have unloading help. We strongly recommend arranging drop-offs at a commercial location.
Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift-gate charge may apply if the driver unloads your order.
International Delivery
We do not deliver internationally at this time.
Our Policy
Returns & Refunds
Returns
Should our products fail to meet your standards, you may return them to us, unused, within 30 days of their original receipt date. Refunds are credited in the same form as the original payment type, but a 20% restocking fee may apply. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Call our customer service department at 877-506-TREE (8733) for a return authorization. Include your name, phone number, address, RA#, receipt copy, and reason for returning your purchased items in the box. Afterward, mail your package in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method to 11494 James Madison St, Remington, VA 22734.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages while in transit back to our location. In addition, we do not accept returns on items that are:
- Opened or used.
- Missing their serial number or UPC.
- Special orders (returned at our discretion).
- Returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Returned without notification.
The purchased rope cannot be returned for any reason. Contact us for more information.
